MySpace the New World Order

This is the second time I have been at Shaika and have had the benefit of overhearing discussions of peoples cultural use of Myspace.

In fact this is not just the second time, it's the second time in a row.

Last week it was a 30 year old who had just moved back home and was using Myspace to launch his music career. This time it's some group that are a "band" (don't know who yet). Their loud and pink shirted weasel manager has just hired a company to do all that "Myspace shit".

I am going to have to figure out a way to use this eavesdropping as ethnographic approach in my paper. :)
