Advice please

Okay so I live in a BQ riding as of the last election, as this article rightly points out,
the Bloq are gaining an advantage in ridings such as mine because the vote between the other parties is more or less split. Like all Canadians of sound mind and body, I am terrified of a conservative majority, but not so excited about voting pragmatically (for BQ) just to do my bit to prevent a Conservative majority.

So straw poll, should I vote BQ or should I gamble that all the new people who have moved to st Henri since 2006 will push us back over to liberal, or maybe an NDP majority?

Oh jeez for a real representational democracy instead of the weird two-tier situation we have now.

Vote Bloq, and just close your eyes when you mark the circle on the ballot and pretend you're voting for the "BloG Quebecois".

Besides, the other parties are composed of lifelong politicians and businessfolk and investors and entrepreneurs, while most of the Bloc candidates (in the ridings around me, anyways) have social work, community work and volunteering behind them.

Voting for the person first, the idea second. That's how our chosen form of democracy works. It's not pretty but it is what it is.

bbq? of course you should vote for bbq!
(and since I won't be voting, can you check the tofu bloque too)

Luckily there is this interactive web site that has told me I can vote with my heart.

I am not particularly confident in my heart's decision-making prowess though, so....

No seriously, vote for the Bloc. Do it.

Do it.
