Design, user experience and information architecture

Jennifer Schultes has worked as digital designer and web developer for the past ten years. While working with an array of companies in the media, professional and financial service sectors, she has created internet and intranet sites, video, cd-rom, and interactive presentations. Before moving to Montréal, she served as the Lead Visual Experience Designer at the New York office of web solutions firm Rare Medium, where her responsibilities included concept development, information design, site architecture, and the development of visual design solutions.

She is a skilled communicator who has lead teams of site specialists through the creation of more than a dozen websites, and has served as a mentor in web methodology and a teacher of computer art. Her past projects include sites and web-publishing standards for a major financial publication and a global management consulting firm.

As an artist, she has exhibited in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Montréal and Austin, as well as the World Wide Web. Jennifer Schultes completed a Masters degree in Fine Arts with a focus on New Media at Rutgers University. She also holds a B.A. in English and a B.F.A. in Studio Art from the University of Texas at Austin.
